Workbench adjustment of machining center

 Most machining centers are equipped with a rotary table (as shown in Figure 5.32) to realize the processing of multiple machining surfaces in one installation of parts.

How to accurately measure the rotary center of the rotary table of the machining center has an important influence on the quality of the processed parts. For this reason, standard adjustments need to be made in the preliminary preparations.

The bed worktable is subject to cutting force and cutting vibration. There are 6 adjustment screws at the bottom. When leveling, the level of the worktable in the X and Y directions should not be greater than 0.003/1000, and then tighten the nut with the anchor screw and the leveling screw. solid.

In addition, after the machining center is used for a period of time, the accuracy will decrease. The reason may be that the horizontal distortion of the equipment has changed (especially the eight-point support horizontal machining center at the bottom), so the horizontal distortion of the equipment needs to be checked and calibrated regularly.

The equipment is divided into two parts, the worktable and the main shaft.
