 Modern CNC machining has put forward higher and higher requirements for machining accuracy and machining efficiency, and the clamping method of the workpiece during machining of the CNC machining center not only affects the size and shape accuracy of the product and the machining efficiency, but also determines the parts in the process Geometry has a great influence on product quality and production efficiency.

 Choosing a suitable clamping method can not only ensure the stability of the processing quality, but also improve the processing efficiency and shorten the production cycle. Therefore, the clamping method is our priority process problem in CNC machining.

According to the process analysis of the CNC machining center, we mainly process the cam profile, and use flat vise to clamp when processing the bottom mounting holes and positioning holes. When clamping a workpiece with a flat vise, you should first align the fixed jaw of the vise. Note that the workpiece should be installed in the middle of the jaw. The processed part of the workpiece should be higher than the jaw to avoid interference between the tool and the jaw. When clamping the workpiece , Pay attention to the floating of the workpiece.
