Honing machine is indispensable in finishing industry, honing machine operation also needs a certain technical basis, to operate in strict accordance with the operation manual, in order to avoid the trouble caused by operation error. So what are the main points in the operation of honing machine?
Before operation, check the lubrication parts of honing machine, especially the gearbox, to see if there is lubricating oil. If the lubrication is not enough, inject lubricating oil into the oil filling hole.
Check that the coolant is clean. If the coolant is not enough, fill in the coolant. The coolant should be cleaned regularly. It is not allowed to use dirty coolant.
After two months of continuous operation, the oil needs to be changed. Under normal circumstances, change the oil once a quarter. Generally, hydraulic oil should be 20% engine oil. When changing oil, kerosene should be used to clean oil filter and oil tank.
After starting the machine, idle for a period of time to exhaust the air in the hydraulic pipeline, and check whether the work of each part is normal.
Generally, the temperature of hydraulic oil used for machine tool shall not exceed 60 ℃, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 65 ℃. Otherwise, cooling measures shall be taken or the work shall be stopped.
Check whether the overrunning size of the whetstone is correct, whether the honing head rises and shrinks flexibly, and whether the spring fastening the whetstone seat is firm. Adjust the rotation and reciprocating motion of machine tool spindle to make it meet the requirements of process specification.
Prepare the measuring tools, and check whether the door works normally and whether the accuracy of the measuring tools meets the standard.
