Clear corners: The clear corners here are two-dimensional blind corners, which are the parts that have not been reached in the previous process. If the light knife needs to go to the place, the corner should be cleared and then the knife should be cleared. The corners that are too small, large and deep can be divided into several knives. Do not use a knife to clean too many places. Clear three-dimensional corner toolpath: Use two-dimensional shape to clear small corners (R0.8) and two-dimensional plane angle; use parallel toolpath; use contour shape; there is a kind of curved surface and shape that cannot be reached by a knife For the blind corners, you must first seal up the knife, and then clear the corners. Generally, small gaps in the large surface are sealed first.
Zhongguang: as a curved steel material and fine male talent Zhongguang. There is a large margin between the layers when the big knife is roughed. In order to get a better effect when the knife is opened, it can be quickly removed. The big knife can also be used as a flying knife. Large feed and large spacing; no need to worry about surface quality; flat workpiece Medium gloss is not necessary; medium gloss is not used for workpieces with contour contours. When contour contours are thickened, the two processes can be put together a little thinner. A finer point refers to the surface margin and the distance between layers; medium gloss is not required. An important factor is the working material. The harder the material, the medium light will be considered; the processing direction of the medium light is relative to the roughing of the light knife so that the processed things will have a good effect and uniformity.
Light knife: Light knife is to meet the assembly requirements of various products and molds, so you must be very careful, and give different tool path settings and parameter settings according to different requirements.
