The mirror spark machine is a mold processing tool. One of its more notable features is that the polishing step is omitted, and the surface of the object can be mirrored.
However, it can release a current of up to ten thousand volts during processing and discharge.
In the face of such a high voltage, how can the staff safely use the mirror spark machine?
- 1. Turn on the power as required, turn the voltage regulator to the zero position, close the switch, press the start button when the power indicator light is on, the high voltage indicator light is on, usually we need to wait 3-5 minutes before starting the preheating process.
- 2. When we transport the machine to the test site, we need to use the bottom screw to fix the operating position in the later stage. The ground screw under the chassis needs to be reliably connected to the ground level with a wire.
- 3. The discharge tube of the electrode box is connected to the pipeline, and the electrode discharge interlocking device should be checked frequently, and it must not be stuck on the electrode.
- 4. Wipe the electrode box frequently to ensure good contact.
